With experienced engineers we can give your business the support and guidance it needs to move you forward, safe in the knowledge you are being looked after.  TDBS supply maintenance and support contracts to the highest levels to ensure that your business keeps moving.We pride ourselves in our quick response times, with engineers spread around the West Midlands, if we can't fix it remotely, we aim to have an engineer on site fast and get you up and running as quickly as possible.

As a business you don't want problems to occur, at TDBS, we agree, which is why our contracts include monitoring software for all servers and the option to install this on critical workstations for an additional small fee.  This allows our support team to monitor your systems and ensure that we respond to a problem and rectify it, often before you are even aware. 

As a customer of TDBS you will receive a support package to suit your business which includes in our standard hours package (0900 - 1730) :-

  • Unlimited phone support
  • Unlimited remote support sessions
  • Site reports
  • Monthly meetings (if required)
  • Customer support newsletter and offers
  • Monitored networks and servers
  • Backup alerts

We know that some businesses need more than just a standard support contract, which is why we are pleased to offer contracts to suit businesses who need that little extra.  Support can be given from 0600 - 2200 daily, with weekend support and home user cover available on request.Only need a short term contract or cover for your internal IT support department?  No problem, we can step in and help support your systems during times of need.
